Overview

Today’s fruit crunch is a delicious cold dish. It’s especially refreshing when I make it during the Spring Festival. The sauce includes orange juice, green mustard, salad dressing, tomato juice, and seasonal fruits for a unique taste.

  1. Prepare wonton wrappers.

  2. Roll up the wonton wrapper into two layers.

  3. Cut the rolled wonton wrappers into sections.

  4. Use toothpicks to skewer and set aside.

  5. Heat the oil to 30%, add it and fry. After setting, remove the toothpick and fish it out. Heat the oil in the pot to 60% and fry again.

  6. Take out the fried crunch and set aside.

  8. Dice the kiwi fruit.

  11. Add orange juice to the bowl.

  16. Arrange the fried crunch boxes neatly, place the diced fruits on top, cut the cherry tomatoes and place them next to them, and pour the prepared sauce over them.
