Wash and cut the pepper into small pieces.

Wash and cut the two vitex branches into pieces.

Put the two kinds of chili peppers into the pot and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the peppers become soft.

Remove and plate.

After the oil is hot, add the meat slices and shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. The meat slices change color.
