Stir-fried sausages with broccoli and corn kernels

Cut the broccoli into small florets, soak in salt water for a while, and clean.

Put the broccoli into the water and blanch it for one minute after the water boils. Remember to add a little cooking oil to the water to make the color of the vegetables look good.

Cut the sausage into slices and prepare half a bowl of corn kernels (ready cooked corn kernels bought in the supermarket)
