Mumu’s homemade shredded pork with Beijing sauce
Overview
After seeing a lot of diners making homemade shredded pork with Beijing sauce, I couldn’t resist and wanted to try it. Unexpectedly, it received unanimous praise from my husband and family, and they were full of praise. Although I don’t think it’s perfect, it’s still worth encouraging me to do it for the first time!

Add starch and cooking wine to marinate the shredded pork; shred the green onions and set aside ginger and garlic;

Stir-fry the shredded pork and take it out; add the pasta sauce, sugar, onion, ginger and garlic to the pot and saute until fragrant, add the shredded pork and stir-fry;
