Banana Muffins

Seeing that there was a banana at home, I made this muffin while watching TV. It is a snack for the little one. It is very good, soft and fluffy. It will be even better if it is dipped in ketchup...

1. 1 One banana

   

2. 2 Mash bananas and add eggs

   

3. 3 Stir into a paste and add sugar; here I use a whisk to make it more delicate and soft;

   

4. 4 Add flour and stir into paste;

   

5. 5 Flat-bottomed non-stick pan, golden on both sides, be sure to simmer

   

6. 6 Dip it in some tomato sauce, it’s delicious;
