Steps
-
Chop beef, cornstarch, a little soy sauce, mix well, then add some oil and mix well, set aside.
-
Dice tomatoes, red pepper and onions and set aside.
-
Heat the pot, add oil and sauté the onions and red peppers first, then add the tomatoes, add water and simmer for two hours. Don't boil it dry, just add more water to taste. When it's almost ready, take a pan, add some minced garlic and fry the beef, then pour it into the sauce and cook for about 5 minutes. Add a little spaghetti sauce, a little more tomato sauce, sugar, and salt to taste. It can be a little salty, because it will be just right when you add it to the pasta.
-
Add some salt to the water and cook the spaghetti. When it feels almost done, pick up one and throw it on the wall of the stove. If the pasta sticks to it, it proves that you can turn off the heat. This is a method taught to me by a foreign friend of mine. It is quite fun. Then pour the pasta out, rinse it with hot water, take a plate and put it into a dish for one person, add the tomato sauce you just cooked, and the delicious spaghetti is ready.
