Buy clams and soak them in light salt water for an hour or two. Let them spit out the sediment. This will make them easier to clean. After washing them a few times, they will be basically clean

Coriander segments, chili shreds, minced garlic, shredded ginger, minced green onion

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, add minced onions, minced garlic and shredded ginger

Add the chili shreds and stir-fry the red oil

Add clams and stir-fry for a few times. Add a little bit of dark soy sauce

Stir well

Cover the pot and simmer for a while

Open the lid and the clams will open their mouths

Add coriander segments

Stir-fry until the coriander is cooked
