Pork buns stuffed with fennel
Overview
My husband prefers pasta stuffed with fennel. I saw fresh fennel on sale that day, so I made steamed buns for him. Because the light was not good at night, I didn’t take pictures. When I took pictures the next day, the steamed buns were almost dry, haha.

Add eggs, soy sauce, cooking wine, and pepper to the meat filling and beat well.

Wash and chop fennel, add oil, salt and meat filling and mix together.

Divide the fermented dough into small pieces and roll them into dough.

Add minced meat.

Wrap into buns.

Put into the steamer, steam over high heat for fifteen minutes, then turn off the heat and wait for five minutes to remove.
