Steps

  1. Remove heads and tails from purple sweet potatoes, peel and wash

  2. Cut into finger-thick strips, not too thin! If it is too fine, it will easily turn into purple sweet potato puree

  3. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil and mix well

  4. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes, take it out and stir it. Repeat this process 3 to 5 times (I usually do it 4 times). My microwave oven does not have a high or medium heat setting, so when it comes to purple fries, you have to make sure you don't beat them too soft.

  5. Add cooking oil to the wok, not too little

    Honey purple chips step 5
  6. When the oil pan is 60% hot, add the beaten purple fries and stir-fry over medium heat. I like them crispier, so I add more oil, which gives it a fried feeling. If I like them softer, I add less oil

  7. Add appropriate amount of salt

    Honey purple chips step 7
  8. Pour in the honey ~ not too much, otherwise you won’t be able to taste the sweetness of the purple sweet potato ~ the reason why you don’t choose sugar is because sugar will make you fat! Of course, the purpose of eating snacks is not to gain weight! Honey is sweet and has the effect of moisturizing the intestines

  9. Take it out of the pan, Dang Dang Dang ~ crispy and delicious purple fries ~ or soft and glutinous purple fries, they are so delicious, make them softer and can be eaten by children and the elderly ~ the crispier ones are the favorite of young people ~ healthy and nutritious!
