Mini rice bag
Overview
Rice buns are a very popular snack in Northeast China. Many busy office workers buy rice bags for lunch. Because it contains meat, vegetables and rice, and is nutritionally balanced. Can be used as a staple food or as a snack. The taste is wonderful too. I remember that after my mother from Chengdu, the hometown of gourmet food, tasted local delicacies in Northeast China, her only favorite thing was rice dumplings. I made a mini version today, it’s so beautiful!
