Homemade Crispy Frosted Peanuts

Heat a pan over low heat, pour in a little cooking oil, add raw peanut kernels, stir-fry over low heat until cooked through, the skin of the peanuts will be browned and slightly fried, then the skin is almost done, put it in a bowl and let it cool.

Pour half a small bowl of water into the pot, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and boil the sugar juice. After the water boils, turn down the heat and stir continuously with a spoon until the sugar juice bubbles!

Add the fried peanuts and stir-fry until the peanuts are evenly coated with sugar juice!

Sprinkle in an appropriate amount of starch (cornstarch, sweet potato starch, etc. are all acceptable) and stir-fry quickly. Watch as the sugar starch on the peanuts becomes sticky and stringy, and the color slowly turns white!

After it sticks, turn off the heat, take it out and let it cool.
