Steamed Egg
Overview
My son especially likes to eat the steamed eggs every time. They are delicious, tender and melt in the mouth. Compared with fried eggs, steamed eggs are less likely to lose nutrients and are very suitable for children to eat.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare 2 eggs
-
Beat the eggs and mix thoroughly
-
Add cold boiled water to the eggs that are evenly stirred (the ratio of eggs to water is 1:1.5, if you want the custard to be thicker, use a ratio of 1:1), salt, white pepper, and a little lard, and slowly beat evenly until the water and eggs are fully integrated
-
Put it in a steamer and cover the steamed egg bowl with a lid to prevent water vapor from falling into the eggs and affecting the taste. Steam over low heat for 10 minutes and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
