Crispy Tofu with Oyster Sauce

Crispy Tofu with Oyster Sauce

Overview

Tofu is cut into cubes and pan-fried until fragrant, and is quickly stir-fried with mushrooms, leeks and oyster sauce. The outer layer of the fried tofu is covered with oil-consuming juice and is full of aroma, but when you bite into it, the aroma of the tofu itself is revealed, which is unforgettable.
