【Swan Puff】Stay together for a lifetime
Overview
Although I have never had the opportunity to see a real swan, I have learned some common sense about swans from many books. It is said that swans have a long lifespan, usually living to 80 or 90 years old. The most important thing is that swans are very dedicated animals. They always go out in pairs to forage. They have only one partner throughout their lives and they will stay with each other throughout their lives. This swan puff is made for Valentine's Day. There is no need for expensive gifts. It is enough to protect this lasting relationship with the most sincere heart.

Steps
-
Heat butter, salt, and water in a milk pan until boiling, then turn off heat.
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix well until there is no dry powder or particles
-
Continue to heat and stir-fry for a while until a thin film forms on the bottom of the pot.
-
Transfer the dough to a larger container, roll it out and let it cool slightly.
-
Beat the two eggs and add them to the dough several times after the dough is not hot, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
-
The mixed batter should be even and smooth.
-
Put the batter into a piping bag and cut a small opening.
-
Place a piece of oiled paper on a baking sheet, and squeeze out "2" on the front and back to make the swan's head.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 5-8 minutes. Take it out.
-
Then cut the mouth of the piping bag a little larger and squeeze out a larger droplet of batter on the oil paper, making sure to leave enough space.
-
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Take out and let cool.
-
Beat the cream with powdered sugar.
-
Cut the middle and lower part of the drop-shaped puff, and then split the top part in half.
-
Spread cream on the bottom.
-
Put the "head" of the swan in the front cream, and put the other two pieces on top to shape the "wings" slightly. After melting the chocolate, dip a toothpick into the front of the "head" to make "eyes".
-
Do all the "swans" in turn
