Pickled radish carp

Pickled radish carp

Overview

My family friend gave me a big carp, and I didn’t know how to eat it. After thinking about it, I decided to make boiled fish. I didn’t have sauerkraut at home, so I just had pickled radish and boiled it together. The soup was quite delicious, sour and appetizing.
