Ingredients: small mushrooms, rapeseed

Wash the rapeseed and cut it crosswise at the root

Garlic minced

Blanch the processed rapeseed in boiling water. When blanching, add a small spoonful of salt and a few drops of cooking oil.

Boil in water, remove and plate.

Add cooking oil to the pot and saute minced garlic until fragrant.

After sauteing until fragrant, add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry over low heat to release the steam from the shiitake mushrooms

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for a few minutes

Simmer until the mushrooms are fragrant and thicken with water starch

Fry until the gravy thickens and turn off the heat

Place the mushrooms on the previously fried rapeseed and pour the soup over them.
