Stir-fried tofu with spring leeks
Overview
Chives and tofu are the most common ingredients, which are cheap and nutritious, and are especially suitable for home-cooked dishes. Today I'm going to stir-fry tofu with leeks. It's very simple and quick. I just used miso for seasoning. If you don't have miso, you can add a little stock or not. Just add some salt.
