Braised Hairtail Fish
Overview
I originally planned to make pangasius today, my daughter likes to eat it, but I found that there is also a hairtail fish, which I haven’t eaten for a long time, so I changed my mind and just eat it😁

Thaw hairtail, wash and cut into sections

Drain and then coat with a thin layer of starch

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. When the oil is 60% hot, put the hairtail in the pot and fry over low heat until both sides are slightly brown

Place the fried hairtail on a plate and set aside

Rinse the pot and add oil again, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and water and mix well

Add the hairtail and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer until the hairtail is fragrant

Then use high heat to reduce the juice and put it on the plate
