Fried Chicken Salad
Overview
Chicken nugget salad is a delicious dish that I often ate in the school cafeteria when I was studying abroad. The fried chicken pieces are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, coated with a thick mixture of salad dressing and tomato sauce. The slight acidity of the tomato sauce and the strong aroma of the salad dressing are perfectly combined, making the chicken pieces not only not greasy, but also very refreshing. Served with fresh lettuce, you can often eat an entire bowl of white rice with it. Today I will share with you this delicious fried chicken nugget salad!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Debone the chicken legs, cut off the tendons and cut into small pieces. Add chopped garlic, minced ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce and starch to the chicken. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
-
Salad dressing, tomato sauce and condensed milk together.
-
Mix well and set aside.
-
Put a little oil in the pan and fry the chicken until it's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. (Of course, you can also fry it. Less frying can make the chicken absorb less oil, making it healthier to eat.)
-
After the fried chicken pieces have cooled slightly, put them together with the mixed salad dressing. Mix evenly.
-
Shred the lettuce, place the chicken pieces covered in salad dressing on top, garnish with tomatoes, and done!
