Walnut Banana Muffins
Overview
I have always liked this banana walnut muffin. You only need to beat the eggs well, fry them slowly in a non-stick pan over low heat, and you can mix in various foods you like and eat them together

Prepare all ingredients

Peel the banana and cut it into even thin slices. Use a rolling pin to crush half of the pecans

Crack the eggs into a basin, add 2 grams of salt and sugar and beat until a toothpick is inserted into the bowl so that it does not fall over

Sift cake flour

Stir well and pour in the oil with a spatula

Stir until the oil and egg batter are completely combined

Once the non-stick pan is hot, turn down the heat and add a spoonful of egg batter

Fry until there are bubbles on the surface and the egg batter does not flow

Flip and fry for another minute and then remove from the pan until all done

Mix 30ml of rum and 1/2 teaspoon of honey into syrup

Take a piece of cake and brush it with syrup

Add banana slices and chopped walnuts

After repeated stacking, sift a little powdered sugar on the surface and add pecans and serve
