Add 30 grams of powdered sugar to the cream cheese and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add 40 grams of egg yolks in portions and mix well to form the cheese filling.

Pour the cheese filling onto the cream batter in step 3, keeping the total amount in the mold at eighty percent full.

Sprinkle the almond slices on the surface of the batter, preheat the oven to 160 degrees, and bake it in about 20-30 minutes.
