French potato gratin
Overview
Potato gratin is a very simple French dish. The cream is paired with fresh potatoes. No other seasoning is needed. Cook it in the microwave and you can enjoy the meal in 10 minutes. The soft and waxy texture of the potatoes combined with the sweetness of the cream is very delicious

Peel the potatoes, clean them, and slice them into slices about 2mm thick. Wash the surface starch and drain the water

Take a microwaveable bowl, put potatoes into the bottom of the bowl, spread a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with some salt and black pepper

Add light cream, spread another layer of potato slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add cream, repeat until the bowl is about 60% full

Put the bowl in the microwave and heat it on high for 10 minutes

Sweet potato gratin is ready, eat it while it’s hot
