Bacon and Enoki Mushroom Rolls
Overview
I have always liked to eat bacon. I eat it fried or grilled. I never get tired of eating it. Today I made a dish of enoki mushroom wrapped bacon which was really delicious. They go perfectly together.

There is an older part of the root of the enoki mushroom, which should be cut off and then washed. The bacon should be cut into two sections from the middle.

Roll the enoki mushrooms into a roll with bacon and secure with toothpicks.

Heat oil in a pan, add bacon and enoki mushroom rolls and fry until the surface is golden brown, pour in oil and water starch to reduce the juice and remove from the pan.

Garnish with coriander and carrot shreds in the middle of the plate.
