Steps
-
Pick the small yellow mushrooms one by one, wash them clean and tear the big ones into 2 or 3 halves
-
Prepare the ingredients: slice the meat, cut the pepper into thin strips, cut the carrots into thin strips, and cut the flowers for a better look.
-
Cut into thin strips
-
How to cut flowers? Just cut a groove with two knives on the left and right like in the picture, and then cut four grooves like this on the opposite side
-
After the water boils, blanch the washed mushrooms and carrots for about 3 minutes
-
Make a sauce because the aroma of mushrooms is too strong, so I first added two spoons of soybean paste to reduce the aroma, otherwise I won’t be able to eat it after two bites. I used Haitian’s soybean paste and added two spoons of seafood soy sauce, salt, and a little sugar to enhance the flavor. There is no need to add MSG. It’s better to eat less, and then add some water starch
-
Now you can start frying. First stir-fry the meat slices in a hot pan with cold oil, otherwise the meat slices will stick to the bottom of the pan. It is best to use cooked oil. If it is soybean oil, cooking with raw oil will have the smell of raw soybean oil
-
After frying the meat slices, sauté the onions and garlic, then pour all the ingredients in and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the sauce and stir-fry twice. The fragrant little yellow mushrooms are out of the pan

This is my first time frying this kind of mushroom. It’s more fragrant than expected
