Add 10 grams of sugar to the egg yolks and mix well

Add purified water and corn oil and mix well

Sift in the flour

Beat into a smooth egg yolk batter and set aside

Add some lemon juice to egg white (to remove the smell)

Add 40 grams of white sugar and use an electric whisk to beat into a wet meringue. When you pull out a meringue with hooks

First add two-thirds of the meringue to the egg yolk batter and mix evenly from bottom to top

Pour the mixed cake batter into the remaining meringue and mix evenly from bottom to top

Pour the whipped cake batter into a 28×28 baking pan, smooth it out and knock it down a few times to remove any air bubbles

Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes

Take it out and turn it upside down on the chopping board

After it cools down, turn it over and spread the kewpie jam on it. Just apply a thin layer on it

Roll up the egg rolls with jam
