Salt-fried shiitake mushrooms
Overview
Shiitake mushrooms are rich in provitamin D, but have very little vitamin C, and lack vitamin A and provitamin A. Mushroom protein contains 18 kinds of amino acids. Shiitake mushrooms account for 7 of the 8 kinds of amino acids necessary for the human body. Most of them are L-type amino acids, which are highly active and easily absorbed by the human body. The digestibility is as high as 80%.

Clean the mushrooms and cut off the stems.

Add a spoonful of oil to the pan.

When the oil is hot, add the mushrooms and fry over low heat.
