Black Sesame Margarita
Overview
These cookies are very simple, require no special tools, and can even be made without setting the temperature. They are very suitable for beginners or people who don’t want to buy too many props. If you have children at home, you can also ask them to help^^

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add butter that has been softened at room temperature (or microwave for 15 seconds), add sugar, and beat with an electric egg beater (the color will become whiter).
-
Grind the egg yolk with a spatula and a sieve and add to the whipped cream and mix lightly.
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and cornstarch and mix into small pieces with a spatula.
-
Continue to add black sesame seeds and knead into dough.
-
Wrap the kneaded dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. (I divided half of the dough to make the original flavor, and added 5g black sesame seeds to the other half)
-
Divide the chilled dough into small pieces, roll into balls, and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
-
Squeeze the ball flat with your fingers to form natural cracks.
-
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C and bake for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 150 degrees C and bake for 5 minutes, or until the edges of the biscuits change color, turn off the oven and let simmer for 5 minutes.
-
Place the baked cookies on a cooling rack to cool.
