White-cut pork heart

Friends all say that the New Year pig is being killed in my hometown. Something was boiled and eaten, something was stir-fried and eaten, something was cured. . . It makes me really greedy. So I bought a pig heart and made the white-cut pig heart that my mother-in-law used to make for us. I really don’t have much exposure to this type of food.

Have all materials ready.

Add water to the pot, peppercorns, green onions, and ginger slices.

Then put the cut and cleaned pig heart into the pot.

Cook until the pig heart is cooked, take it out, let cool and cut with a knife.
