Braised red fish with shredded dried radish
Overview
Self-dried shredded radish, the first time I tried it to braise fish, it was fresh, sweet and tasted good.

Scales and belly of red fish are scraped.

Pan-fry the fish until both sides are lightly browned.

Add dried shredded radish (no need to soak in advance, just wash it).

Add shredded radish, add some water and simmer.

Collect the juice and serve.
