Stir-fried fungus with cauliflower
Overview
Cauliflower, called cauliflower by Cantonese people, took advantage of the east wind to stir-fry cauliflower a few days ago, and continued to stir-fry it in different ways. It was refreshing and fragrant with fungus and celery.

Place the pot on the stove, add an appropriate amount of oil to moisten the bottom of the pot, over medium heat, pour in the cauliflower, slowly soften the cauliflower and turn it into a slightly yellow color. Dish it up and stir-fry without adding salt;

Pour in the water to make the fungus, set it over medium-high heat, stir dry the water, and set aside;

Heat the pan, add about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, add minced ginger and garlic, and saute until fragrant;

Pour in the fungus and celery and continue to stir-fry for a while;

Pour in the cauliflower, add about 2/3 tsp of refined salt, 1/4 tsp of sugar, 1/4 tsp of pepper and 1 tbsp of light soy sauce, mix well, add 1 tbsp of cooking wine and stir-fry a few times before serving.
