Overview
I haven’t updated the recipe for a long time. I’ve actually been busy cooking, but I’ve just been too lazy to write a menu. I’m really sorry! A friend saw the delicious food in my circle of friends and asked me to post the detailed recipe. Well, I made it today to share with you! This dish is very simple, but the chopping process is a little troublesome, because all the ingredients need to be diced, and the garnishing time is a little longer, but the steps are very simple to make.

Cut all ingredients into cubes, add light soy sauce cooking wine to the meat filling and stir evenly.

Stir-fry the meat filling in cold oil until it changes color (cold oil can prevent the meat filling from sticking together, while hot oil can easily turn the meat filling into meat patties)

Add some salt to taste. If you like it sweet, you can add some sugar. Generally, rice is thickened to make it look better. If you want to eat it at home, you can omit this step! Simply prepare the meal and it’s ready!
