Prepare ingredients.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, cut the pepper into horse ears, cut the dried tofu into diagonal slices, and chop the green onion and ginger.

Heat the pot and pour a little oil (because the main ingredient is pork belly, you only need a little oil to moisten the pot)

Add slices of pork belly.

Fry until brown and fragrant.
