Overview

This is a noodle made by pressing it myself. It has a strong texture, like Lanzhou Ramen, and is very delicious. In addition to eating bibimbap sauce lo mein, adding some XO sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir-frying it evenly is also my favorite way to eat it. Of course, a packet of crispy sausage or a soy sauce omelette as a side dish is indispensable. Breakfast or dinner can satisfy the requirements of the stomach. It’s not that I don’t like noodle soup, but the soup stock is too troublesome and time-consuming. It’s better to mix it dry and it’s more delicious and less troublesome.

  4. Add oil to the frying pan, add the crispy sausage, fry until the skin bursts, then pour in a little light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, and set aside.

  5. Pour the cooked noodles into the frying pan, heat over low heat, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, XO sauce, sesame oil, and stir-fry evenly.
