Fish flavored tiger noodles
Overview
Friends who like fish-flavored shredded pork will not want to miss this kind of noodles, which are chewy and fragrant. I made this without adding chili peppers. I have been eating too much chili peppers recently and I have to change it to something lighter. Friends who love chili can add chopped chili or chili noodles to stir-fry according to their own taste.

Mix vinegar + light soy sauce + sugar to make fish sauce, the ratio is 1:2:3.

Add high-gluten flour and water and use chopsticks to stir into a flocculent form, then knead until the dough is smooth, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
