Put all the main ingredients except butter into the bread machine, and use chopsticks to stir into spikes, so that the flour will not splash out when the bread machine is running

Start another dough kneading program and knead the dough to the expansion stage. You can pull out the glove film.

Wrap the outside of the bread pan with tin foil, start the baking program and bake for 45 minutes. One process lasts for 1 hour, don’t complete it by yourself, otherwise the toast will be a little dry
-
Unmold the baked toast immediately.
-
Let cool and then slice into layers. The purple sweet potato tastes good and the toast is also very soft
