Pork skin jelly
Overview
Meat skin is rich in collagen, and eating it regularly can have a beautifying effect. We can also make chewy pork skin jelly at home. Cut off the skin of the meat that is usually used for cooking and store it in the freezer of the refrigerator for a month, which is enough to make a meal of frozen meat and skin. Before cooking, thaw the skin of the meat. You can remove or not remove the fat on it, depending on your taste! If you care about the fat intake, then remove it; if you want a fragrant and glutinous texture, then don't remove it.
