Delicious grilled fish
Overview
At noon, my daughter was in school day care, so we just took care of lunch. Yesterday, my downstairs neighbor went fishing and gave my family a tilapia. Today I will have grilled fish for lunch. The child’s father said it was so delicious that he even drank the soup, haha

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare ingredients, slice tomatoes, cut onions and green peppers into diamond-shaped pieces, cut green onions into sections, and shred ginger
-
Make a bowl of barbecue sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil + 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce + appropriate amount of salt + 1 tablespoon of barbecue ingredients and mix evenly (children who like spicy food, please add spicy food by yourself)
-
Cut the fish in half, make a few cuts on the back, and massage the inside and outside with appropriate amounts of salt, pepper and cooking wine for a few minutes
-
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add onions and green peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat until soft, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, and turn off the heat.
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place onions and green peppers
-
Place the fish (the baking pan is not big enough, otherwise it would be better to spread the fish out), stuff the ginger slices into the gaps on the fish, and stuff the remaining ginger and scallions into the belly of the fish
-
Arrange the tomatoes and use a brush to brush all over the fish body and tomato slices
-
Brush the remaining grilling sauce and pour it all over the fish
-
Put in the preheated oven, 220 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, hot air, 20 minutes (temperature and time are for reference!), grill the fish until it is ready to eat
-
Eat it while it's hot. I dug out a piece and ate it. Did you see it? Haha
