Overview
Dried tofu with hot pepper is a Northeastern dish and one of the popular dishes in Northeastern China. Since the Northeast is rich in soybeans, the dry tofu produced is thin and chewy, cut into strips or slices, stir-fried over high heat with hot peppers, and thickened with starch. Green and yellow, suitable for spicy taste.

Cut dry tofu into strips, cut pepper into hob pieces, slice meat, and dice onion, ginger and garlic
