Overview
Regular consumption of white jade mushrooms can improve the body's immunity, and has the effects of sedation, analgesia, relieving cough and reducing phlegm. My family usually eats a lot of mushrooms, and white jade mushrooms are naturally indispensable. In the past, they were stir-fried or used in shabu-shabu. Wash the white jade mushroom and cut off the roots

Blanch it in boiling water and immediately remove and drain
