Overview
Black whole wheat self-raising flour has a sticky texture when kneaded and has a slightly thick texture. Use the yeast version of waffles, add eggs, milk, and some cheese powder. It does not make the taste more delicate, but it can add more nutrients. Paired with cheese and ham filling, the taste is richer. Not as fluffy as white noodles, but still good. . .

Dough: 120g black whole wheat self-raising flour, 1 egg, 10g olive oil, 20g milk, 6g fine sugar, 2g salt, 5g Parmesan cheese.

Grate the Parmesan cheese into fine pieces.

Knead into a smooth and non-sticky dough.
