Garlic Spinach
Overview
Spinach contains a variety of vitamins and trace elements, which have the effects of nourishing blood and stopping bleeding, astringing yin and moisturizing dryness. The carotene in spinach can be converted into vitamin A after being absorbed by the body. Vitamin A can maintain the health of epithelial tissue cells, promote protein synthesis and bone differentiation, and improve the body's immunity. Spinach contains a large amount of antioxidants, which can promote cell proliferation and delay aging. Spinach also contains chromium and an insulin-like substance, which acts like insulin and keeps blood sugar stable. Eating spinach regularly can protect eyesight, improve skin color, and prevent iron deficiency anemia.
