Overview
Everyone knows that steamed rice is more nutritious than boiled rice. Steaming can retain the delicate vitamin B1 and other nutrients in the rice. It is healthier when combined with whole grains.

Prepare purple rice and oats.

Wash and soak for 4 hours.

Wash and soak pearl rice for 1 hour.

Put the soaked rice into a clay bowl and add water just enough to cover the rice.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water to the rice cooker, put the clay bowl into the steaming rack, cover the lid and press the super-fast button to steam for 45 minutes.

When the time is up, simmer for another 10 minutes before opening and taking it out.
