Four-color toast bread
Overview
This is my first time trying to make bread🍞. I originally wanted to make a simple one, but I still want to try something a little more difficult. Although the final product is not satisfactory, the taste is still quite good☺. There are some improvements and there are some mistakes in the production. Generally, the effect of the tutorial will be worse😂, so I will try my best to add in the problematic areas, so that those who watch my tutorial can succeed in the first time😋

Ingredients
Steps
-
Choose good materials. All ingredients will still be marked in the picture ☺ (PS: I suggest that you can add more flour here, it doesn’t matter, because I just used a little less, which caused the dough to be a little thin later. Of course, it may also be related to the weather being too hot)
-
Pour all the raw materials into the bucket except butter and red bean paste
-
Here I chose a chef's machine (very, very easy to use), kneaded in gear 1 for 25-35 seconds, stirred in gear 2 for 3-4 minutes, and kneaded in gear 3-4 (choose according to your own situation) for 15 minutes.
-
Knead until smooth and elastic. (From the beginning, I felt that there was a little less flour, so it was a bit thin. I suggested that you add some flour. Because of subsequent improvements, I only added some flour)
-
Add butter and knead for 3-5 minutes until the dough is smooth. (Please decide the time according to your own situation)
-
Take out the dough and divide it into four equal portions (I didn’t divide it evenly here😂, so the appearance is not very good-looking, please bear with me, and I hope everyone can make it more beautiful). Due to the different fermentation properties of the dough, add cocoa powder - matcha powder - strawberry powder in order, fully knead them into the dough, and finally knead the original color dough. [PS: When making dough, you can directly divide the red bean filling into four parts and knead into the dough]
-
Ferment in a warm place until doubled in size
-
After fermentation, in this order: cocoa powder - matcha powder - strawberry powder - original color, flatten the dough, roll it out a little, fold it into a square, let it rest for a while; roll it into a square in order, roll it up and make it round
-
Put it into the mold, the length is 8-9 minutes of the mold, and then ferment until the mold is 8-9 minutes full
-
Place on the bottom floor of the oven, bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes, then cool and remove from the mold.
-
Finished product after demoulding.
