Kale with Oyster Sauce

The most common way to eat kale is to boil it or oyster sauce. It is eaten as it is, boiled and then cooked in oyster sauce.

Wash kale and cut off the rhizomes;

Peel off the outer skin of the rhizome;

Pour water into the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and a little oil. When the water boils, add the rhizome first, then add the kale leaves and blanch them;
