Steps
-
I bought 6 taels of pork tenderloin and probably used about 2 taels!
-
There are too few and the food processor can't use it, so I shred it manually, then dice it, and finally chop it randomly with a knife
-
Just chop it into pieces like this.
-
Put the pork in a bowl, add a little salt, MSG, oyster sauce, minced ginger, minced pork, half an egg white, a few drops of cooking oil, and stir in one direction!
-
It’s best to refrigerate it for a few hours after mixing to make it taste more fragrant!
-
The change package is now ready
-
Take a bowl and add salt, chopped green onion, coriander, sesame oil, light soy sauce and chicken essence. If you have dried shrimps or olives at home, you can also add some.
-
Put the cooked wontons inside and add some soup to enjoy
