Large Plate of Chicken Noodles

My husband said he wanted to eat a large plate of chicken. I said yes and started preparing the ingredients.

Disintegrate the chicken and cut into small pieces and set aside.

Add water to the pot, add a green onion and a piece of ginger.

Pour in a lid of rice wine and start to simmer.

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Set aside.

Peel and cut carrots into cubes and set aside.

Place on a plate and set aside.

Cook the chicken for 15 minutes, add the carrots and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Add potatoes and 3 dry red peppers and continue to cook over low heat.

After half an hour, transfer to a plate and reserve more soup.

Add the noodles and start eating.
