Kill and wash the croaker, cut it open from the back, cut diagonally on both sides, drain the water until the skin is dry, sprinkle in white wine, ginger juice and salt and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil, brush it with a thin layer of oil, put the croaker in the preheated oven at 220 degrees and bake for about ten minutes.

Take out and sprinkle in appropriate amount of chili powder and cumin powder, then brush with a little oil and continue baking for 6-8 minutes.

Remove and enjoy.
