Overview
I like roses~ With their beautiful appearance, fragrant smell, and extremely high edible and medicinal value, roses are loved by people in most places in the world. They have crossed the boundaries of race and culture and become a universal language of love!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients; 150 grams of low-gluten flour, 40 grams of powdered sugar, 70 grams of butter, 40 grams of egg liquid, 6 to 7 drops of food coloring
-
Soften the butter at food temperature, add powdered sugar into a deep bowl, and use an electric mixer to beat until fluffy
-
Add half the amount of egg liquid and continue to beat until the egg liquid is completely absorbed and there is no separation of oil and water
-
Add the remaining egg liquid for the second time and continue to beat evenly
-
Sift in low-gluten flour, add 6 to 7 drops of food coloring, and knead repeatedly
-
Knead the dough like this
-
Then flatten it and use a rolling pin to roll it into a uniform thickness
-
Use a round mold or a small bowl to carve out the round shape you need (you can roll the extra corners and repeat the above steps. I made 5 small roses with four pieces and one large rose with 6 pieces, a total of 12)
-
Use 4 pieces and arrange them neatly from top to bottom as shown (you can also make 5 pieces according to your preference)
-
Use chopsticks to press a straight line in the middle
-
Then start from the first one and scroll down to the last one, so that everything is done
-
Use a sharp knife to cut it in the middle
-
Shape it slightly and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper
-
Place in the preheated oven at 170 degrees and heat the middle layer up and down for about 18 minutes
-
Cool, decorate, bright and beautiful roses...
