-
First, let’s introduce the piping bag for squeezing cookies. It is recommended to choose a cloth piping bag or a silicone piping bag
-
Choose the medium size 8-tooth chrysanthemum mouth
-
Large 22-tooth flower mouth
-
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it, then add the powdered sugar and beat with a manual egg beater until it is smooth and slightly white. (Do not over-beat the butter.)
-
Add whipping cream in 3 batches. (Be sure to beat thoroughly each time and add another hundred times. You can also choose egg liquid to replace the whipping cream.)
-
Whipped butter is light and smooth.
-
Sift the cake flour into a bowl.
-
Use a spatula to cut and mix until there is no dry flour left. (Do not over mix the dough to avoid affecting the crispness of the cookies.)
-
Put the batter into the medium-sized 8-tooth chrysanthemum mouth, and squeeze the batter at a perpendicular angle to the baking pan.
-
Small chrysanthemum shaped cookies
-
Rosette Cookies
-
Taking the middle as the origin, draw a circle clockwise outward
-
When closing the mouth, rotate the flower mouth slightly to close the mouth.
-
Spiral pattern cookies
-
Draw a circle and close towards the center of the circle.
-
There are also circle shaped cookies.
-
There are several types of cookies extruded from the medium-sized 8-tooth flower nozzle, and there is also an S-shaped one with a picture of the finished product below.
-
The large 22-tooth flower nozzle is vertically oriented at 90 degrees to the baking pan to extrude the lace, and the flower nozzle can be pressed down when closing.
-
Preheat the oven, place the baking sheet on the middle shelf, and bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Please adjust the baking time and temperature according to the actual temperature of your respective oven and cookie size.
-
Rose flower cookies.
-
The cookies bake very quickly, so please do not leave the oven and pay attention to the color.
-
Bake until desired color and turn off the heat.
