Ingredients
Steps
-
Put high-gluten flour, yeast, salt, sugar, eggs, and water into a bread barrel.
-
After a kneading process is completed, the dough has reached the point of expansion.
-
Then add softened butter and knead it into a glove film.
-
Then cover with plastic wrap and ferment.
-
Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
-
Then take it out, flatten it to deflate, roll it into a round ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll out the dough.
-
Spread ham slices on top.
-
Spread cheese on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
-
Then roll it up.
-
After rolling, pinch the edge tightly.
-
Then cut the dough into 8 small pieces.
-
Place in a baking pan and place in a warm place to ferment. (There is no room on the baking sheet, so I used paper trays to bake the other two)
-
Ferment until doubled in size.
-
Then brush with egg wash.
-
Sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for about 15 minutes.
-
Toasted bread.
