  1. Put high-gluten flour, yeast, salt, sugar, eggs, and water into a bread barrel.

  6. Then take it out, flatten it to deflate, roll it into a round ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  7. Roll out the dough.

  9. Spread cheese on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

  13. Place in a baking pan and place in a warm place to ferment. (There is no room on the baking sheet, so I used paper trays to bake the other two)

  14. Ferment until doubled in size.

  17. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for about 15 minutes.
